You can add a building, unit, tenant, due date, category, tag(s), an assignee, and a priority to tickets you create to organize maintenance requests.
Assign a building
To filter for a particular building:
- Click the building drop down
- Search or scroll for your building
- Select your building(s)
- Click save
Assign a unit
To filter for a particular unit:
- Select your building from the building drop down
- Click the unit drop down
- Search or scroll for your unit
- Select your unit(s)
- Click save
